 What's going on? I wanted to say what's up to the people who still visit the site. I guess I can probably take back something i last posted, the: " we should be getting back on track soon..." thing. It's been a couple months. OH SHIT KIDS. We havn't fallen out of love for the music we use to die for. But really, some members have had some shit in the way and different things in mind that it's been hard to come through. I honestly can't tell you anymore when you might see another Missled show but I can tell you that I really am hoping for there to be one... even if it's our last or a strong comeback of many more to come. For the handfull of lovers of punk rock without the cock  I would like to say that I love you and please never stop supporting the locals!!!

Happy Halloween kids!! Alright, well, the band has kind of been on a break. We havn't practiced since our last show. I guess we're just taking it easy and shit....aaaaand the only reason I'm writing this (aside from me being bored and wanting to do something) is for the people out there who might be the slight bit curious or interested. Hey everyone there is a show this friday @ xgames that we are playing and im no sure who else is playing yet. thanx to everyone who came to our last show which was almost a month ago so sorry for the late thanx but i really appreciate everyone showing some love. I would like to wish happy birthday to somebody that i lost that was really close to me and the band. He was hit by a drunk driver while skateboarding home almost two years ago (10-8-02). He would of been 17 today so i would just like to pay my respects and let you all know to drink and have a good time (You all Know I do the Same) but just think twice before you do something that can put you or somebody else's life at risk (im really serious about that). So I hope to see you all at the show on friday. <3 erica

Hi kids! I hope everyone out there is doing well. the band has a show this Friday, yaaay. We have been working on some new songs so were are pretty excited about playing (!) We only have two new songs, we were planning on getting a third but it doesn't look like thats happening by Firday. I hope all you guys like them."missled" is a pretty usual Missled song, it's fast. I was pissed when I wrote it. It's mainly about the past couple times the band has gone to shows and felt a weird atmosphere. There's been times where the band has felt like there's been too much shit talking going on and felt out of place at shows and felt that there are times where it doesn't seem like people are going to shows/in the scene for the right reasons."my rockin' n roll" is more of a skankin' song. I write this song after "missled" so it has more of an optomistic tone to it, I try to show my appreciation for the scene regardless the "bad times". HA! hey everyone, got some cool and interesting news. The missled is looking to recruit a new member!!!! We are looking for a girl that is willing to put her time into playing lead guitar and singing back up vocals for us. We aren't kicking anyone out or anything like that we are just looking to improve our sound a bit. We would like to have more backup vocals also so whoever will be joining the band will be required to sing backup also. The GIRL (sorry guys) that will be joining the band needs to be flexible with the time she can practice and open minded to playing our type of music, and most of all dedicated and down to earth. Heeeeello Missled Youth! I am feelling pretty good right now. I'm had a little something something to drink and things are going pretty good right now. YES! Anyway I hope everyone is d oing great out there. The band hasn't practiced in over a month already but. . . eh, stuff has just gotten in the way but you kids better be ready for our next show (whenever that may be) it's going to be a great comeback...haha. Anyway, there is not much to say...hmmm, I'm pretty wasted, ah...

So what do you kids think about the war?? No man, I really want to know. I wish I could see some of you state your opinions on this whole "operation Iraqi Freedom" bullshit. It would be nice... I'm sure some of you have hear my rambeling about me hoping Bush doesnt get re-eleceted...WELL I HOPE THAT FUCKER GETS OUT OF OFFICE! Hello, Jen here. It looks like we have no shows for now but the band has been talking about getting something recorded. After the Havoc asked for a demo (and we didn't have anything to give) we got to thinking and we believe that it might be time to hit a studio. We're not sure what we're going for, a full length or just a demo? We'll see what happens. Anyway, we don't know whats up w/ the guest book but if any of you kids have anything to say or ask you should just e-mail us. Well, nothing much else to say. So what about that CLIT-45/ VIRUS show?? Yeah, pretty good, I had fun.... Well take it easy and remember: we are all MISSLED.

not much news but WE NEED SOME SHOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! man am i dying to play. Saturday sucked , sam couldn't play xgames but me and jen still went (very late), we missed no futured youth and the wasted desperados (i was pretty mad). we showed up and saw the last couple of songs of one band that im not to sure their names are. then this stupid guy told us we had to get out since we didn't have wristbands, since we were broke we couldn't stay and then we missed KYFI and Intoxicated platipus. so it was a pretty bad day and a waste of time. so there is a pretty dumb story but we do need some shows so please if anyone knows of any open spots or anything let us know. peace- eri<a

Im back!!! im very excited to be back and shit. I would to thank dominic for filling in for me because if he hadn't we would have been fucked!! from what i hear the aztlan show was pretty shitty but the havoc and the show at the record store were pretty damn good. im very sad i missed these shows but sometimes things come up. there isn't any real news right now except for , we might not play the 24th so check back for that . -eri

Tonight is the The ghouls, TA, and D.D.C! Hopefully everyone can come. I'm actually pretty nervous, Erica isn't here playing for us and that just really sux.  So this is our first show with Dominic, hopefully it will turn out o.k. hey everyone!!! well the battle of the bands show was fun, especially to have battled the wasted desperados. Well it was fun and now life is pretty shitty. The next three shows (including the fucking havoc) i will not be playing due to the  fact that i will be in new mexico and arizona, which sux hairy balls, and i want to shoot myself but o well i guess. But we got our friend dominic to fill in for me , so its is no longer "punk rock without the cock" it is "punk rock with one cock" haha , ehhh. -k- well im pretty down about not being able to play but i will be playing at xgames so that will be the next time yall will see me :(  On another note our good friend and supporter cameron is leaving to new york for a long while and we want to give a shout out to him for supporting us since the first time he saw us play, and being such a cool ass guy.  Take care of yourself crazy cameron!!!!! love you all. erica

BATTLE OF THE BANDS TODAY! Alright kids, hows it going? I hope well. My bitch-ass is doing, "eh". I'm sitting here in summer school right now, yea, thats right, summer school, because MATH SUX! Fuck you algebra!! Anyway, I'm happy I have a show to play tonight. Shows are so much fun and always make feel better and shit. damn, i finally got a couple of cameras developed!!! check out the pix. None of the pictures of the street brats came out very good but there is other pics of bands which also includes THE ADICTS!!!!  umm...we are having dereck (from the wasted desperados & the allergies) drum for us on the 12th of july since i will be in arizona (sux ass). everyone should really come out and support us on the 29th of june at the construct.  We will be battling the wasted desperados ( they will probably kick our asses) and there will be a bunch of other cool bands there so everyone should go. On another note, my birthday was this past weekend and some of my good friends threw me a surprise party, thanx to everyone who came I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!! Hey, how goes it everyone? I have nothing to do right now so I thought I would update this thing. Anyway, as for the show on July 12th, Eri won't be able to play that and we're still thinking over whether we should just cancel or get someone to fill in for her for that night. What should we do kids?? I don't know. You should check in on that to see whats goin' on, and if ya have any opinions on this, post 'em on the guestbook, we would love to know what ya think 'cuz I'm kinda stumped right now. Anyway, besides that I'm really excited for the rest of the shows we have coming up, I hope you all make the effort to try and come. hey kids, i just woke up! But holy shit last night was the street brats and the show and it kicked ass. I talked to a girl named courtney (she books shows at the construct)and she got us on the bill for THE HAVOC(with help from sal too)!!!!!! so we are very excited about that and everyone check our shows for the date and all the info. On another note LCB got changed to the aztlan theatre, so we talked to chris from the aztlan and he said that LCB is all booked, so that sux alot but we atleast we are getting to play with one band we wanted to. Also, sal is having a party tonight and everyone should try to go, send me an email or call for directions. -erica

Some news is we might be playing an all girl show at the Aztlan on Sept. 13th w/ this band called The Chiklettes ( < or something like that?) so check up on our shows page every-now and then for updates there. Hey! We are working on making a split with the Wasted Desperados this month so make sure when it comes out you guys get one. If you haven't heard The Wasted Desperados, they are some good-ass street punk (YA!) So we'll let you know when we get that shit down and recorded. Hey everyone, this i jen-ocide sucka's. We've been pretty much clean out of shows and it looks like that for about another month. Right now we're really trying to get on the bill for the Havoc show and the Lower Class Brats show so wish us all luck out there and keep up with the support, we really appreciate it and it's NEEDED.
